Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, your new rate will apply at the next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is always safe. If you downgrade, you'll still have access to view your experiment history. You just won't be able to use Laboratory-tier features until you upgrade again.
Do you offer academic discounts?
Yes! We offer 50% off for verified academic institutions. Contact us at academic@nucleora.org with your institutional email for verification.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and wire transfers for Enterprise accounts.
Is my sequence data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your sequences with third parties, and you retain full ownership of all your data. Enterprise plans include additional security features like audit logs and SSO.
